The exam itself consists of 20 multiple choice questions to be answered in 30 minutes. You must answer ALL questions concerning the electoral system correctly and at least 12 questions correctly in order to pass. If you are unsuccessful in the test you will be required to sit an interview with a citizenship judge in order to demonstrate that you fulfill the knowledge and language requirements - something you want to avoid!
