What Internet Browser Should I Use?

All our online services, including our "Exam Engine", have been rigorously tested on a wide range of common internet browsers and versions. Unfortunately, it is impossible for us to check every combination of computer hardware, software, internet browser and internet connection but our services are fully functional for 99% of the market.


How Do I Upgrade My Browser

If you are having difficulties in running the service or you have been advised to upgrade your browser as above, then we would recommend that you download and install the latest version of Internet Explorer (version 7,+) or Mozilla Firefox (version 2.0+). This is free.

I'm unable to view any video content on the site.

Adobe Flash Player is required to view all video content and 'flash banners' on this website and for some interactive media applications that may feature with any of our services. In order to view these you must have Adobe Flash Player installed in your browser. The information box below will test your browser to see if this is the case. I Get The Message "Internet Explorer cannot open this link - operation aborted" or Similar

This relates to very old browser versions on some configurations of machine being unable to display some of the most up-to-date interactive media content. In order to get the most out of your browser you should upgrade to the latest version. Instructions on how to do this can be found above.
